Returns Policy
Most Cotton Shoppers products are custom printed to order. This policy explains when returns are possible and how we handle defects or issues.
Custom & Printed Products
Due to the personalised nature of printed products, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or do not match the approved proof.
Plain (Non-Printed) Goods
Plain products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Reporting Defects
Please inspect your order on delivery. If you believe goods are faulty or incorrect, notify us within 5 working days of receipt with photos and your order number.
We will investigate and may request the return of the affected items for inspection.
Refunds & Replacements
Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund at our discretion. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically completed within 7-10 working days.
