These terms apply to all orders placed with Cotton Shoppers (a trading name of Positive Media Promotions Ltd). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Ordering Process
Orders are confirmed once we receive your written approval of the quote and artwork proof, and payment terms are agreed. Production begins after approval and any required payment is received.
Please ensure all artwork and order details are correct at approval stage. Changes after approval may incur additional costs or delays.
Pricing
We provide all-in pricing which includes the product, printing, setup, and UK mainland delivery unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for a limited period and may be subject to stock availability.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order.
- We may require payment in full before production for new customers.
- Late payments may delay production or delivery.
Cancellation
Orders for custom printed products cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you request cancellation before production, we may charge for any work already completed.
Plain, non-printed goods may be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to any costs incurred.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, text, or images supplied for printing. You grant us a licence to use your artwork solely for producing your order. We do not accept liability for copyright infringement arising from artwork provided by you.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business, arising from delays, incorrect artwork approval, or misuse of products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
